Do I need to provide my own server?
Yes. UnboundBytes is a control plane—you provide the infrastructure where your apps run. This could be a home server, a VPS, or a cloud instance. You pay for your infrastructure separately.
What's included in the $29.99/month?
Everything: the portal, orchestrator, agent software, automatic backups (50GB storage), SSL certificates, monitoring, health checks, and community support. You can deploy as many supported apps as your infrastructure can handle.
Can I run multiple deployments?
Currently, one deployment per account (one server running multiple apps). Multi-deployment support for teams is coming soon.
What if I need more than 50GB backup storage?
Add backup storage in the portal: +100GB ($5/mo), +500GB ($20/mo), or +1TB ($35/mo). Or configure your own S3-compatible storage.
Is there a refund policy?
No refunds, but you get a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. Try before you buy. Cancel anytime—your access continues until the end of your billing period.
Do prices include taxes?
Prices are before VAT/sales tax. Tax is calculated at checkout based on your location.
Can I pay annually for a discount?
Annual billing is coming soon. Join the waitlist in the portal to be notified when it's available.
