Database for metadata, file storage for documents. Versioning keeps old versions around so you can undo changes. Locking prevents corruption.

Start deployment
Select OnlyOffice from the application catalog. Configure your scaling preferences—the portal handles container orchestration and load balancing.

Sync user roles
Use the portal's identity management to map your IdP groups to OnlyOffice roles. Configure HR, legal, and engineering team access levels.

Apply policies
Enable document classification, watermarking, and access controls through the policy interface. Your workspace is live at {yourname}.unboundbytes.com/onlyoffice.
